I was disappointed that the in-line fuse on the 2021 GMC truck that we have own for 18 months was not covered under the warranty. Opon check out we were told we would have to pay a diagnosis fee for discovering the issue because it was not covered under the warranty. 3 hours and $130+ for the fuse??? Seems to be a unreasonable amout of time and money for a truck 18 months old.

There was some misunderstanding concerning the billing. When I dropped off the 2006 Lucerne for a tune-up and additional repairs I was quoted $1,100. After the repairs an additional issue came up and a part for $450.00 was needed. I told them to go ahead and fix it. When I went to pick up the car and the total bill of $2.360 was given me. I explained the former understanding of repair costs. The service manager adjusted the bill back down to $1,700 with tax included. I appreciated the integrity of Ferman Buick of Land O Lakes taking care of the adjusted amount. Good job guys.
