Hello everyone, I’m taking the time to write this because I really like what this place is about, at Trailside at hermosa point I have lived a more active lifestyle since I moved here from a different city, the area is well kept clean at all times the surrounding area is also nice, i haven’t had any roach problems or anything crazy. The place is clean, although I do not like bees and they seem to be outside by the flowers every morning. I enjoy hiking the trail next to us which is located at north mountain park. I go on swims often here in the community and the pool has been clean all times. When I call the office to ask questions I was helped by Melanie who was really nice and was able to resolve my concern. I would recommend to move here because I absolutely like it, I haven’t had any problems at all, I have fry’s marketplace , Walmart neighborhood, gas stations , Walgreens, banks, and emergency rooms right down the road from me, that’s always a good thing to have nearby. If you do decide to check it out or move here use my name as a referral please. Would really appreciate that!

Neighboors always complaining for everything not enough parking and staff does solve any issues with the apartment complex. Worse experience ever. Do not recommend and their prices just keep getting higher and higher every year

The front office staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Maintenance men too! One morning two employees helped me start my car! I like the location and how close it is to North Mountain Park. My apartment area is surrounded with beautiful trees and a water fountain. Regularly maintained outside. Cons: Parking isn't the greatest. It's open permitted parking, not assigned. I also wish they would reinstall the security gates. Overall I would say that I am pleased with my apartment and the complex.
