I hate that I had to move out of here due to rent going up. It was my very first apartment moving in here with my husband and I loved it the second I drove by the neighborhood. Claire was literally the most wonderful person ever. She helped us thru everything since its our first time and she made sure we had all the information we needed. All the issues we had with our apartment were fixed right away. I will be remembering all the amazing experiences I had living here.

Have been living here for over 2 years, I have had the best experience and mostly because of maintenance has been more than helpful at all times. Anything! From inside bug spray needs (we are next to the mountain) or any simple task necessary! Eddie from maintenance has made our experience even more pleasant; great personality, huge love to help others and just fun and easy! Just signed another year contract 👏🏼 Definitely a place worth calling home! 💖

The location and some of the amenities are the only things luxurious about these apartments. Really really look into reviews before moving here! Due to lack of communication and knowledge from leasing staff I got the wrong apartment, on top of that the floors had holes in it and paint was literally FALLING from our cabinets move in day. ( still not fixed) Our rent was supposed to be one price and somehow changed to $300 more on move in day! (1100 was actual price now we pay almost (1700) Something breaks every week and maintenance takes their sweet time even when you tip them! ( about a week to even hear back from them) Our appliances aren’t up to date at all!!!!! My Non-Luxury apartment had much better appliances. You can’t even smoke a cigarette on your porch because “security” is invading your privacy thinking it’s a joint but they really need to drug test their employees Office staff is professional but unknowledgeable, they pretty much will say anything to you in order for you to lease! They lack basic communication skills with residents after application process! Parking is a real issue, yes there is an apartment for you but probably not a parking space! They seemed to be VERY understaffed as well! Let’s not forget the water shut offs and the cloudy water from the drain!

Positives: My apt. is overall nice inside. There is nice landscaping around the complex, especially near the office. There is access to hiking trails right behind the complex. Negatives: The "amenities" are poor. The fitness center was dirty & dusty, which was reported to the office, so I eventually stopped using it & got a gym membership, which cuts into my budget. The covered parking spot is an extra $15/month. The monthly utilities are much more than what I thought they would be. They do not provide outside blinds for the patios/balconies that get the intense afternoon sun. The garbage is often overflowing and smells. This complex is on a very busy road that often sounds like a racetrack. I miss my old apt. that truly offered great amenities (nice fitness center, a private tenant lounge with coffee, working office equipment accessible to tenants, a covered parking spot at no additional fee, and blinds for the balconies/patios).
