Chris was great to deal with. He was prompt with follow up, always pleasant and was knowledgeable about the product. On the rare occasion he didn't have an answer, he got it promptly. The trailer was built quickly too! Overall, a really good experience! Only surprise was that it weighed about #1000 more than anticipated. Now I need a new truck. :)

I bought a Bad Boy Zero turn mower from Kiperts last May of 2021. I recently started going over my mower with spring season getting closer and noticed my Tachometer/Hour meter had gone out. I was a little skeptical buying from Kiperts and wondered what their warranty service would be like. So when I went back to Kiperts to turn in my defective part and dropped it off to be tested, I was called a short while later and told it was defective. Kiperts ordered me one immediately and I received a call a few days later and was advised Bad Boy sent the wrong part and they had to reorder the part again. What I would like to say though is, I appreciated Kiperts keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was up and it made me feel better that I would be taken care of. Thanks Kiperts and I look forward to doing more buisness with you!!

My experience with Kiperts Tractor Sales was first rate. The staff was patient, polite and friendly as they had to endure dozens of phone calls, and hundreds of my stupid questions over a two or three week period. Once the purchase of the mower and trailer was complete the staff took the time to go over proper maintenance and operation procedures of the equipment I had purchased. As for the mower and trailer I could not be happier. Overall great experience.
