To begin my experience here, the receptionist snapped at me because I did not have my new insurance card, only because I have not yet received it in the mail. The nurse was short with me and I guess figured only three symptoms was all I was allowed to have. The doctor came in, and the first I told her was I avoid the ER or urgent care because each time I do visit and am dealing with pain, I am immediately treated as though I am drug seeking. After telling her all of the ways I have been battling the pain...dental pain, which is arguably the worst type of pain to deal with..oragel, ibuprofen, Tylenol, hot and cold packs, warm, salt water rinses...she did an exam which brought me to tears when touched and had be clinging to the table trying not to scream out. She then tugged on my ear and acted surprised when I whimpered. I was told I had an abscess on my tooth and the infection was spreading to my ear. She prescribed me ibuprofen and antibiotics. I had told her twice, the exact antibiotics she was trying to give me, gave my daughter, who is breastfeeding a terrible reaction and put her in the ER, with dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea. This didn't seem to concern the doctor at all. She just kept repeating, " we need to take of you first" WHY WOULD ME BABY NOT BE A CONCERN OF MINE?! After I was completely honest with this woman about being I'm recovery and how desperately I avoid urgent care because of being discriminated against, she went right along and did exactly what I knew was going to happen. So I left there, with no relief from the unbearable pain I was in with no end in sight. Thanks so much for proving WHY MORE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS NEED ADVANCE TRAINING ON RECOVERY. My recovery is my choice and I have worked DAMN HARD to have and keep it. But that should NOT keep me from being treated as a human that was in a ridiculous amount of pain and was turned away feeling ashamed for asking for help.

I have been suffering with an unknown rash for 6 mnths. All the Drs have been respectful and kind. I have been in 5 times for it. A couple trips to the er as well. Tonight i am happy to say progress was made. Dr Fritz was hands down the best ive seen. She listened. She investigated. She asked questions. She tried to understand all she could. I have been happy with how i was treated everytime i was there, but Dr. Fritz was the best, hands down. I rate her a 10 star Dr. Thank you so much Dr Fritz.

Very easy admitting line to stand in. About an 8 minute wait. I was then sent to an exam room. I saw the MA and then the Doctor about 10 minutes later. Overall, excellent service. However, I didn’t get anything for my very runny nose!

Was not able to be seen at Indigo Urgent Care because my husband had abdominal pain and they aren't equipped (lab, MRI) to deal with it. Woman at the front desk recommend we try Providence (thank you!) because they are better equipped for it. Our experience was positive throughout. Front desk was efficient. After about a 10 minute wait, RN Patricia performed the initial intake. She was professional and friendly. We did not experience any of the negatives that previous reviewers wrote about. We were told to wait in our car, it would be about 45 minutes. They called to let us know a room was ready. The assistant and the PA were professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend this urgent care clinic, and definitely will return if I have a need. (Obviously, on a busier day there will be a longer wait, but that's to be expected with urgent care.)
