Took awhile on my part to get up to this business, as I live on the Kenai Peninsula, but pleased with his work. Got a new glass for my tablet and a new battery in my phone.

The owner of this business is a man of his word and offers a solid fix. I own an Asus ROG phone 3 and had the screen fixed with no response towards my touch, but the man fixed it with parts straight from Asus.

These people are amazing! They fixed my cracked screen in less than 10 minutes on the spot and applied tempered glass to prevent that from happening again. Also, my husbands phone was broken and GCI said we had to buy a new one... NOT SO! The folks at Cracked Wireless fixed it, again, on the spot! I am so grateful to know there is a place that I can take my screen devices to get repaired. Customer service was amazing. Also, the next time I need to buy a phone, I will consider buying a used one from them! They had several to choose from at reasonable prices.

This business saved me from having to purchase a new phone. My 4 year old iPhone 5s inexplicably developed screen issues and was totally unusable. Apple and AT& T couldn't help, but Cracked quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my phone-all at a very reasonable price and within 24 hours. I am VERY happy and would recommend them to anyone who has electronic devices with "issues". The owners are very friendly, helpful, honest and upfront, all qualities I appreciate as well.

Yup
Not sure only had a battery replaced for a different phone. Don't go to the dimond mall because cracked is not there anymore. Downtown mall is their location
Yes we sure can!
Yes
It all depends which company an where your ordering it from, some companys that want to fix your phone might charge as much as buying a new or refurbished one depending on the brand, fix it yourself or have a good friend with steady hands help you out is the best way to go just be careful for they are small an delicate
I'm sure they will, that's what they sell for their profit... nothing works there.
