Nice quiet safe place, convenient location for shopping, medical appts, access to freeway. All units are double wide owner occupied. Well kept up. Recently remodeled large clubhouse. One major drawback is the indoor swimming pool. After the remodel management lowered the water temperature to 86 degrees. Which is the recommended temperature for an all purpose use pool. Too cold for enjoyable use by most senior resident of this 55 plus community. Be aware also that if use of an indoor heated pool is a requirement for treatment and recovery from medical procedures or general water exercise therapy is recommended, the current low water temp setting will not meet medical temp suggested guidelines for these purposes.

If you r 55 amd older this is a fantastic place to live. The swimming pool is great alone with pool tables and large TV, books, games, ping pong and a full kitchen!! Nice yards and no hoarders or hoarding. Nice clean liv ing

This is where I work as my second job, taking care for a senior, something I really like doing. My employer Andelcare have had me for almost 9 years. I work here as a caregiver. This place is very cool, cool environment, friendly community and I have worked here for 1 year 3 months. This place deserve 5 star.

I'm sorry but they do not rent RV spaces. They have an RV parking area, but it is for residents only.
As long as one of you is over 55 there is no issue with your eligibility to live in Colonial Estates.
My wife and I are totally accepted here and have made a lot of friends/extended family. We're really happy we moved here.
There are no rentals allowed here. We buy our homes and pay a monthly lot rental. No roommates, no rentals, nada.

Agree, the mail is delivered to a mail box area. The mailboxes are locked and are covered with video surveillance.

This is an "Owner Occupied" Community. Sorry...however we do have a small home available in our Community on Fones Rd. and we will carry a contract on that home.
There is nothing re: smoking on your own property. The Clubhouse is SMOKE FREE!!!

Look on Zillow, or call the number listed, or contact a realtor. In Colonial Estates, we buy our homes and pay a monthly fee. There are no rentals.
You can have two animals, both have to be under 20 lbs. You submit any new construction request, along with drawings, to management and answers are returned pretty quickly. Water aerobics are no charge. Also, as a resident, you can share in the activities and excursions at Colonial Inn. If you contact the management office, they will send you the ccrs.
Round figure $800 for interior lot a bit more foe green belt lots. Water, sewer, garbage, basic cable, use of club house included. There is currently a $15 home owners association dues, if you wish to join - not mandatory. It gets you a monthly newsletter and reduced fee into some social events.
