The staff is always helpful, watching out for all the seniors living here. They really do care, and do their best to help out with all the conundrums of modern day to day life. Whether it be a maintenance call to help with the noisy refrigerator or bringing concerns about a neighbor in the building, nothing is to big or small to bring to them, and there is always a prompt response no matter the concern. I know al the front office staff by name as well as all the people on maintenance and vice versa. I like them all! They are A+

My longtime friend just moved here and the building is very clean and modern with nice seating area outside both entrances and exits landscaping is very well maintained. My only problem...minding that it's a senior living place...is is that some residents are way too nosey and profile obsessive. Be blessed everyone

The management team and corporate office are very unorganized and unprofessional. Do not expect any calls to be returned or for your family member to have their application process go smoothly. Yes the employees were friendly when we met them, but the whole process had been a nightmare. If you don’t keep on them nothing gets done and they will claim you never even completed forms or completed the process and then make excuses. If it weren’t for the amount of time dedicated to trying to get a room at SHAG and the price, we would have gone somewhere else. I really hope that moving forward there won’t be more issues but it sounds like from other residents that they still experience issues and a lack of organization and professional.

Not that I know but is on sliding scale income. They DO NOT allow those under 62 who have disabilities. There's another nice one on the west side. New building & lots of social stuff. Again no 55 y/o w disabilities...
Yes: Seniors with below-average income. About $35K for singles, $40K for two, and so on.
I don't live there but I visit a lot. I've only seen medium sized dogs. Nothing larger than a terrier.
Hello Linell, We are a tax credit community that is able to offer affordable rates. We have an age requirement of 62 yrs and older, a gross income limit of $37,920 for 1 person applying or $43,320 for 2 people applying. The applicant/ or applicants must make 2 times the monthly rent to income qualify.
Bobby thank you for your interest in our Community. We do not have washer and dryers in the homes but we do have 2 laundry rooms on each floor. Our laundry rooms were recently renovated and have new washers and dryers in them. We use a laundry company to service and maintain the equipment and use a laundry card that residents upload money onto them so there is no hassle of having to have quarters. We are a block away from the Boardwalk in Olympia and the Farmers Market. Priest Park is a two minute drive and has a little beach, but if you are wanting like Ocean Shores it is about an hours drive. This is an amazing location with what is all around us.

I am not sure the lowest rent is like 710 a month but there is lower amounts if you qualify.
There are Apts avaliable. Not aware of any waiting list. But good luck trying to find a manager to help you. There rarely here, or even available to assist tenants. Maintenance is extremely slow, when available. .
