I loved Stefanie’s breastfeeding class, and I was astounded by how much I learned! The resources she shared were indispensable, and her teaching style was informative, humorous, kind, and approachable. The information she shared helped me anticipate (and avoid) some problems, and provided me with the tools/language/knowledge i needed to ask for help during my hospital stay. She also very quickly responded to my email request for advice a couple weeks after i had my baby, and her guidance resolved my issues and gave me confidence to continue breastfeeding. I am so grateful for Stefanie and the way she taught this course! I highly recommend making time to take Stefanie’s class. Birth class I found the childbirth class (different instructor) to be less relevant to my birthing situation. The instructor focused mainly on “natural” birth (and a relatively narrow definition of what that could be), but claimed to be presenting about an array of options and choices for birth.Overall, i did not think that the 4 weeks i spent traveling across town for that class was worth it, given how helpful and knowledgeable the staff at St Peter’s were.

We enjoyed and learned a lot during our lactation class with Carrie. Though we were not able to attend the childbirth class due to unforseen circumstances, Stefanie was very thoughtful and provided us references that we need to prepare for our newborn. Will definitely recommend!

Stefanie is awesome! Her birth class was engaging, interactive and fun. She was always willing to take questions and follow-up if she did not know an answer. Additionally, I emailed her a few separate times leading up to birth and even after for postpartum resources and she was always super helpful. Additionally, I saw her once for a lactation consult and she went above and beyond with the amount of time she spent with me. You could tell she genuinely cared and wanted me to feel supported in the journey that is breastfeeding as a first-time mom. Thank you, Stefanie!
