Front desk Staff is nice but the nurses are very impersonal. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time because the nurse was “running late”. Got here 15 minutes prior as well. Watched everyone be called back until the waiting room was empty and I had to ask the front desk what the status was on my appointment. Shortly after I had to ask, I was called back. The nurse was in the middle of asking me standard questions when another nurse comes in to switch her out. Did not introduce herself and just continued asking me the same questions. My Doctor, Julie richards, also retired and I was not notified until I called to schedule an appointment. I think this will be my last time at this facility- I’m going to try somewhere else for sure.

At first, I was very hesitant to be seen at this place due to the ratings on Google. However, I figured I just give it a shot anyways considering how far out other clinics are scheduling new patients. I came in for a birth control consult and was able to get great service. They were efficient and met all my expectations. Dr. Nicole Pine was great as well. She listened to my concerns about a previous birth control method and was able to give me an alternative that would best fit my specific needs. Although, experiences can vary from patient to patient or provider to provider, I'd say I had a great experience at this clinic.

Cold and uninviting. Nearly ruined my first pregnancy. The only time I cried throughout my pregnancy was when having to go in for appointments or dealing with them. The stress of their horrible attitudes and cold demeanor, and the constant anxiety of wondering if they forgot to send out a bill or not until it was passed due, this facility embodies everything that’s wrong with the medical industry. ESPECIALLY if this is your first pregnancy, do NOT go here. Luckily, I delivered a healthy baby. However due to the malpractice at Capital, I had several issues with my postpartum recovery. I did not find out these issues were due to their negligence until seeing a specialist. Do you and your family a favor and don’t become another number to them.

How UNPROFESSIONAL.!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I was waiting in line to check in and the two receptionist were sitting their arguing back and forth with each other and giving each other so much attitude it was ridiculous. Finally the lady on the further end said in the rudest possible voice “You can check in right here” while slapping a pen on the table. I usually don’t have much problems coming here the ultrasound techs are amazing and the lady that draws blood is absolutely fantastic. I also regularly see Dr. Dickason Everything is extremely rushed she asks if you have any questions while walking out of the room at the same time. These people need to do better.

They are very understaffed right now. They are amazing but they might not be able to get you in
I just checked the Regence Medicare Advantage website for PPOs and it appears that 5 of our doctors are preferred providers. Dr. Henegan is the only one who currently sees new patients, however, all of them will see you with a referral. I hope that helps. Robin Anderson, office manager
Yes, we have receptionists who can schedule an appointment during our hours of 8:15 am to 12 OR 1 pm to 5 pm. Thanks.
