Got home a saw that I got a very small “yard” of medium beauty bark. Called to resolve this issue and the receptionist was not helpful. Will use another business next time.

My past experiences with GWS have been good. This year (2022), however, I haven't been thrilled with the garden soil I've picked up here. The "Garden Mix" seemed to have a great deal of uncomposted manure, and the "Simply Organic" mix also seemed really "hot" (not fully composted). I talked to customer service staff there and they were very polite and explained that these are mixed on site, and maybe I just got a load that had more manure than the standard ratio. Oh well, not a huge deal; a little bit of time will take care of the problem. So, GWS is not "perfect" but overall I'm happy. Good prices too.

Ordered some compost this year from this company for the first time. It was delivered right on time, and the price was right. However, it is CHOCK FULL of plastic. I keep taking plastic bag shreds out of my compost, and tiny pieces of hard plastic. Lots of painted wood chips in there. I won't get compost here again, but if you don't care about having plastic in your compost, this was a great experience.

All landscape products from rock, bark to soil and special mixes, plus our sister business "The Barn Nursery" is right next door. As for a landscaper with equipment, we currently do not offer that option. You may look up landscape contractors on the internet or feel free to give us a call for more information.
