The only reason I gave 4 stars is because doctors seem to go somewhere else after a time. I have been going here over 20 years. They always take me on the day I call. I haven't run into any rudeness. They always call me back in a short amount of time. And when my kids went here too there were never any problems.

Receptionist is extremely rude. Insurance has verified pediatrician is in network. Went back and forth with the pediatricians office. Confirmed she was ready to be seen on all accounts. Needed to update insurance in person. Receptionist would not help me update insurance and turned us away. Missed first day of school to have this physical that they’ve been putting off for 1.5 years due to these insurance problems (on their end). Then child came down with a cold and needed to be seen today. Receptionist was cold and rude. Every time we deal with that lady at the desk we’ve had a bad experience. So sorry to see this practice fall apart over the last few years with her at the forefront.

Decent experience with NPs and Drs for pediatrics. That being said, the “on-call” system is abysmal and potentially puts your child at risk. They are happy to tell you that you will get a call back in 15 minutes. So far in the past year it has been 2.5hrs, 16.5hrs, and 1.75hrs plus. Had I known their was going to be a 2 hour to 2 day wait to find out whether I should take my child to the hospital, I would have made a better choice. I am happy with the doctors but the phone system is so horrific that I would advise against ever starting here.

I believe they are accepting new patients. I would just call. They open at 8:30 am.

If your insurance you could try calling and asking them if they do accept your insurance.
