There are Apts avaliable. Not aware of any waiting list. But good luck trying to find a manager to help you. There rarely here, or even available to assist tenants. Maintenance is extremely slow, when available. .
There usually isn't a wait list for the boardwalk location. But it takes a couple/few weeks to get all the paper work finished and approved. But you do need to stay on top of them to make progress in the begening.
