Call the Col Estates number. Folks who live here can either sell their homes themselves or let Sandy at Colonial Estates handle the sale. The advantage to the buyer of going through Sandy is that the home should be up to the park's standards before you buy it. If you buy one directly from the owner, still talk with Sandy who will tell you what to look for.

There are mobile homes for sale in the park but they are for sale by the individual owners.
