can you have a cat and dog? how long it the turn around time on yard request like fences? do you have to pay for the water aerobics class? can you send me the ccr for the neighborhood ( rules and regs)

You can have two animals, both have to be under 20 lbs. You submit any new construction request, along with drawings, to management and answers are returned pretty quickly. Water aerobics are no charge. Also, as a resident, you can share in the activities and excursions at Colonial Inn. If you contact the management office, they will send you the ccrs.

The policy on pets now is still 2 pets max. There's not a weight limit but rather that the maximum height is 15 inches at the shoulder. Also, when outside, your pets must be on a leash unless they are in your fenced backyard. No fierce or nuisance barky dogs.
