Staff is excellent and easy to work with. Maintenance response is good and knowledgeable. Great to be in central Phoenix location with a park across the street. The main pool is being redone which will be awesome and the workout facility is adequate to get in a good workout. I have met many neighbors and found most all friendly.

I live here currently and am very pleased with Colter Park apartments. The staff has been extremely helpful and helped me get into my place immediately! From the officer manager on down to the maintenance staff. Anything that I need taken care of or looked at, they are on it and get it done ASAP. Family friendly apartment complex from the amenities offered to packages delivered from general mail. Thank you for making it a pleasurable place to live!

To begin, I’ve been living here for aprox. 3 years now, and the service I’ve received has not changed. The customer service at the office has been much less than par the entire time I’ve lived here. There’s been a young lady whom was recently hired who’s been quite nice and respectful so I appreciate her tho everything else 👎🏼. Maintenance does not get done in a timely fashion, and when they do arrive they usually are quite rude and argumentative. I had to go out and buy my own roach killer because it took more than 5 times of me telling the office I need a exterminator and after that I had to walk into the office and watch them put my name down for the exterminator list because I still didn’t get serviced. When he did get here he sprayed minimally and ineffectively. The gates are all lockless and people are able to freely roam in this “gated community”. Overall I’m very disappointed with the quality of life here and wish they’d do better.

Maintenance has been hit or miss, rents been jacked up even more. The current layer of paint is just peeling off the balconies since they didnt properly prepare for it. Just spray painted. Place used to be a good deal but with the updated pricing its no longer feasible. Mold has been spray painted and no smoke detectors. Update Laundry amenities are no longer 24 hour. Blames the homeless instead of security not doing their job. Dont move here if you cant do laundry during the day. Dont move here if you dont like mold either Update, for inspections will barge in and start demanding things. Their way or the highway. Absolutely avoid this place now. Roach city in summer heat here.
