Beautiful location, beautiful apartment, great amenities, excellent office staff! Answered all my questions! Toured 2 units. Went with the bigger one in the perfect location. Great view for fireworks! The grounds are clean and comfortable, the units are impressive and impeccable. The new remodels are amazing! So clean and vibrant! I would say desert club is by far the apartments in the area for the best value, for what you get is amazing. The pool and fitness center are stunning and after the office remodel they show a game room also which is exciting! The pool has tvs and grills and cabanas and living at desert club has me feeling like everyday is a vacation! Thanks Carissa and your team for your work and making desert club a 5 star community.

I moved in about a week ago and it's been super pleasant so far. Carissa was a big help with the whole move in process and answered all of my questions. I had an appliance not working right and they fixed it first thing the next morning which I appriciated.

Only been here for a less than a week, but I think my experience so far precipitates what the rest of my lease here will be like. Management is always nice to me and is ok with me pestering them with questions. If they dont pick up, which is rare, they always answer emails in under an hour. The apartment is new and comfy and even though I chose their cheapest option I still get new (2015+) appliances, soft close cabinets, good lighting, and a large patio. Likely you won't need the lights until after dark as the Arizona sun beams through the window even in the evening. A/C is kind of slow to heat and cool the apartment, but it does work and it is programmable. They will give you free paper towels, bottled water, and soap too. Small but appreciated. I moved from Alabama and ordered furnishings on Amazon and they even moved my stuff into my apartment for me before I got here. They also listened to what I wanted in an apartment, that being that it be well noise insulated so I can go nuts when I want and game as loud as I want..they placed me in a corner unit above a row of garages so no one can hear me. Very much appreciated. Maintenance is always walking around so any requests are answered quickly. Garbage and recycling is strategically placed. Oh btw you will be within walking distance from Whole Foods and Safeway, and within jogging/biking distance from a bunch of other shopping centers so if you have a bike you're going to love it. 9/10 experience so far. I will edit the review if it changes. If you have a lot of money saved up, make a lot, or both then I'd recommend staying here.
