We stayed here for 2 years. Its okay. At first they were on top of things (leasing office & maintenance), but after a while they were lacking. Instead of roaches, there are spiders here - in the apartment and in the garage ceiling. It's not the apartments fault but something to note would be if u live on the west side of the apartment buildings youll hear the other apartment complex always partying or shooting fireworks all night long. Moving out was messy with the leasing office. We were the one who called them 3 months before our lease ends to notify them that we will not be renewing. On our last month the office was about to charge us extra for "not notifying them". We asked them multiple times over the phone and in person if there was anything other than notifying them, which they said no. That last month they finally provided the paperwork we needed to fill out to move out.

Not a very kid friendly community. Dogs are more outside than kids. Cars have been broken into and vandalized. The pool is only heated when it’s 50 degrees or less outside. Can’t even enjoy an early morning swim for exercise and mental health due to the pool being too cold. Also, it’s no longer 24hrs due to other people breaking pool rules. Security isn’t here for your property or your protection. They only serve as witnesses for the front office pool and gates. The property is always clean and the maintenance staff have taken care of us on our work orders. For the most part people mind their business however I’ve been blessed with a cranky neighbor who complains over Halloween decor and any noises. Homeless have made their way to the apartments. Right next to the complex are ghetto extended stays. Be aware they creep around the halls and sit around in the stair wells late at night. The office staff hears you out but all they say is Oh Sorry that this happened. Just make sure you have insurance to cover damages. It was nice & safe a year ago. Can’t wait to move.

Apartments are nice and office/maintenance are good folks. This is in a rough area, and if you're on the west-facing side, ask for another unit. The "apartments" next to the complex are loud, rude, and will keep you awake almost every night. We had good neighbors, no bug issues, and overall a good experience. Be careful on your move out, that's all I'll say about that.

Update: Kim reached out within 24 hours and was able to help me out after confirming the story below. Thanks for the quick helpful response Kim! - I have been a resident here for three years and never missed a rent payment. This month in February the auto-payment set up through the complex's portal lapsed and the payment did not process. I received no phone call or email about the payment only a 5-Day notice of lease termination stuffed in my apt door. The payment was rectified immediately but only after I incurred over $135 in late fees. When talking to the leasing team about the auto-pay mistake there was no sympathy and no consideration for waving any of the fees.
