You are in the heart of the 5th largest city in a country with 1/3 of a billion people... It's going to be pricey...
Because the market is going up and they are reinvesting into downtown. To me this isn't considered "downtown" as there are alot of homeless people and abandoned buildings near by.
Agreed. It's clean, great people, and built in 2016. All the appliances are new and they use every inch of the apartment to make it feel as big as possible. Worth the price.
It is worth every penny. All of the features make this a great place to live
