Visited a friend places seemed shabby and blah not seeing many features.the security guard chiller by pool didn't make me feel better.

I wish I could say my experience was a good one. For the first 5 years it was. The staff treated you like a resident, the pools were kept clean, and the gym was great. All of those things have since changed. The staff treat you like you are constantly asking for a favor and most of the time seem very stressed or annoyed at best. The pools are consistently shut down and not able to be used, although the maintenance staff deserves all the shout outs they can get. They are great but not sure what’s happening with the pools. I missed renewing my lease one time due to a family emergency and they raised our rent over $120 a month with zero exceptions or sympathy. Nothing is easy with this staff and unfortunately they have ruined my experience in the last year. Was great while it lasted but seems to have lost its sense of community. Also, apartments do need upgrades such as new appliances and flooring. This is also not a gated community, the back gate is open 24/7 which means anyone can walk right in.

Low on maintenance and no cameras in the room where they hold packages. I had an expensive package stolen. I have seen apartment complexes that resolve this problem by holding packages in the leasing office for the packages that can’t fit in the lockers or if the lockers are full. Why is Omnia letting packages sit free for anyone to take while also having no cameras in the room to monitor what is happening to people’s items? This is Downtown Phoenix. Seriously. Come on.

5 stars: Maintenance, common area upkeep 4 stars: 5 minutes to the better parts of Phoenix. 3 stars: The front desk doesn’t care +&- 2 stars: your neighbors have an assortment of goodies “Meth&crack” offered to you on a weekly basis! Maybe stay away from the green buildings. 1 star: Mercedes, she’s worthless in the respects of her profession, ask someone else for help. Other fun stuff: Maintenance on all laundry rooms at the same time for 2 weeks straight?! The AC turns off for 5 full months of the year…in Phoenix., law enforcement constantly outside breaking up domestic disputes (keeping you safe:), security traffic gates are always open. Single and ready to mingle? Plenty of old men or working girls to charm you up to their apartments…head to the green buildings. Other than that…perfect!
