Drivers demonstrate dangerous, wreckless driving sometimes multiple times a day in our neighborhood. They don't respond to direct contact asking them to slow their driving. There is no support contact from the local distribution center. A resident, who flagged the speeding van down for speeding was hit and run over by an Amazon sprinter van with two Amazon employees (driver and passenger).

The service used to be great, but the drivers have been delivering my packages to the wrong address, lately. We get deliveries about three times a week, or more, so there is NO EXCUSE for this to be happening!

Drivers keep throwing deliveries in the street or driveway to get ruined by rain. No two same drivers deliver, so telling one not to drop in the street means nothing for the next delivery. Lazy, plain and simple. Moving to Walmart for most items because they use UPS, I've had the same courteous UPS driver for years!

If you call Amazon Customer support you should be able to get it fixed, or add pictures and directions to your delivery information. Also, are you sure it's Amazon drivers and not FedEx, UPS or USPS as they tend to usually be the culprits Amazon does use them to deliver stuff.
Email the person you talked to and find out. Mine took over a week or so. Do you know the name of the by company? Mine is meraki. I can give you an email for them
I am also having problems with Amazon delivery drivers. Most of the packages with TBA tracking numbers get left at the top of our driveway, I have to call Amazon customer service at least once a week to complain that their driver did not follow delivery instructions. My packages aren't getting delivered to my door, get left in the rain, and have been stolen! Every time, the driver notes "delivered to a safe place", but I cannot see the spot they are delivered from my house. I DO NOT consider that a "safe spot". I have called SO many times, and each time the customer service rep (not local) tells me "I am very sorry, I've filed a complaint for you. I hope this doesn't happen again". Once I was actually told "we will take the appropriate legal action against the carrier"...I doubt Amazon takes ANY action at all! Packages still aren't delivered to my door. I am so dissatisfied with Amazon and its lack of control over its own business.
