Won’t refund deposits even when no work is done or parts bought, go elsewhere several other shops come with lifetime warranty and full refunds if you’re unsatisfied with anything. These guys don’t even give you a full year of warranty and if you decide to tune your audio on ANYTHING they void your non existent warranty instantly, also don’t explain fees or what you are spending your money on, claim “they don’t have time to do that” terrible practice in general.

I went in with a specific item in mind that was double the price point I actually purchased. george actually listened to what I wanted out of my purchase and was able to suggest a comparable unit when if fact he could have just ordered me the double the price one i was set on and took my money. Instead he listened to what I wanted and got me into a unit for half the price and the same quality as well as same day installation! I appricate the helpfulness and saving me money!!
