They sent me a damaged hood. They first said they would send a replacement with a pre paid label for return. Now its return at your expense. I got the Dv8 hood at $741.00 you would think they would take some care in sending it. Don't they waste your mo ey here

Ordered a set of tires on September 14th, received an email that they were having trouble processing orders, and I’d get a shipping notification emailed once the order had been processed. Pretty normal stuff, I gave it about 5 business days and checked my email just to see an email that says due to corona things are slow blah blah. I get it, I’m in parts and service and there is a lot of stuff that takes longer than normal right now, it’s just the way things are. I waited until the next day and called their customer service line. There were 15 callers in front of me, I don’t have an hour to sit on the phone and wait just to ask 1 question, so I submitted the question online and asked them to contact me. I receive a phone call from someone who says he needs to check on the tires I ordered, after being placed on hold for a few minutes (I would of thought he would have had this information ready since he called me) he comes back and tells me they are on back order with no ETA. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money. The tires cost $1200 through 4 wheel parts and were “not available with no estimated time of arrival”. I found the same exact tires $300 cheaper delivered to my door in 2 days through Simple Tire. Just because of how this entire transaction was handled through this company I won’t ever buy anything from them again and will tell everyone to stay clear of 4wheel parts for price gouging as well since i saw first hand how much their mark up is.
