If I could give a half a star I would. I feel you can judge a man by keeping his “word”. Apparently, a man’s word means nothing to Dr. Loubue. I went in for an annual checkup and needed new glasses. I purchased a pair of Bebe prescription sunglasses and prescription Bebe regular glasses. Six months later I needed cataract surgery and Dr. Loubue told me not to worry, they would replace my glasses since the surgery would change my prescription. I told him I purchased 2 pair, and he said not to worry he would replace both at no cost to me. The end of my story is, he did not keep his word, he did replace the regular lenses , but not the sunglasses lenses. I contacted his office to speak directly with him, and was told “the doctor does not speak to patients on the phone.” Really?? He went back on his “word” and I was told if I wanted both lenses replaced in both glasses, I would have to pay for the sunglasses, again! Oh, but they would give me a discount. I was so angry, I left. I went to Walmart and they put my prescription in 3 pair of glasses for a little over the price of 1 at Loubue’s office. Lesson learned: I should of got it in writing, since you can’t trust a man’s word.

Tried to make an appointment for my dad and was not allowed to make one until I answered practically 20 questions. Just accept me making an appointment. It's not like we were asking for charity! We have insurance! To actually tell me we can't make any appointment for your dad unless you have every detail to every question that's being asked. Isn't that what the doctor is for? To ask what exactly my dad is experiencing so he can give treatment and diagnosis? Never felt so unwelcome!
