My card information was stolen when I made purchase on their website. Staff was mostly professional, but did hint that it was not their fault nor problem. Thankfully, the bank flagged the fraudulent transactions and automatically canceled the card. So, buyer beware, their system might be compromised.

These folks are great. I walked in to their facility half expecting to be turned away and advised to order my parts via their site. This did not happen, I was invited into their office space and was introduced to a fabrication specialist, who took the time to inspect my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and advise me as to what parts I needed. Moving forward with my Jeep build I will only gear up with Poison Spyder products. I would encourage any Jeep owner to stop in and see what they can do for you.
