I can't pay over phone or online. Says if I don't pay layaway the month they keep my money no matter how much I payed. Wanted to pickup an item and they put on 1 ticket so now I'm screwed and have to buy all of it at 1time instead of pay off tv then pay off tool. While I was buying the layaway I specifically was saying this is great I can get the tv next week and when I get a truck I will get the chipper in a month or so. This is last time I ever shop here. I wish I could get my money back from these pigs

I came in to get an idea of what my ring was worth, I had no idea the value and I just needed some gas money for the week. When I walked into the store it was nice and clean, and I was greeted by a man at the front. After walking around for a few minutes I went to the front of the store and was helped by a woman she asked how much I needed, like I mentioned, i have no idea the value because I’m not a jeweler. So I told her I just needed to get what ever I could for gas. That’s when the woman helping me started to get increasingly rude. She told me that she needed a number and stared at me, refusing to do anything until I had an amount that I wanted, I finally told her an amount and she chuckled and said that she couldn’t do that much, before getting increasingly short with me, for my first time here it was the worst experience I have ever had in a store, Very rude, demeaning, and insensitive, I will not send any business to this store.

I bought a tool there for my husband and it was labeled as an impact drill so I bought it because my husband's been wanting one. Well I bought the return policy just incase it wouldn't work but when I got it home my husband said that's a regular drill not an impact drill so when I returned it I expected a full refund because it was labeled wrong but they refused to give me my full refund. They told me that I couldn't get the return policy money back and I would of never even bought the tool had it been labeled correctly.

I've did loans from them, they say they WRAP every product, guitar cases are single wrapped on the end with dollar store saran wrap. And whenever they say we have the item checked by our setup guy, I don't know if it was the manager (which is very friendly so don't think I'm all negative) don't listen, i wanted to grab a pick and show them the action was so low on the instrument i bought it was unplayable not setup as said plus, the truss rod had a kink of rust which only a guitar player would know about. I'm glad i talked down the price because i have 100 to put into the item i bought plus another setup. was given a no return allowed policy... nice!

Yeah they dont buy cell phones but Sharky's does & GameStop will also they'll give you cash or store credit

That varies with the market. They wouldn't even tell you over the phone. You would have to be there in person because the rate could change in the time it takes for you to get there. But you can at least arm yourself by being informed of the (general neighborhood of the) market price in advance... via Google. But don't expect to get that (full market) price; they're resellers, & they do need to make a profit. But this at least gives you a basis to know how much profit they're proposing to take. (It will also depend whether you are pawning or selling it.)
