Very fresh, good quality ,fresh and very affordable. Farmers are very welcoming and warm. They take time to repond to questions and share recipes. The fresh chicken flowers and honey are atvthe top of the list of my favorites.

They started resell chicken no mor homegrown chicken. Be careful about antibiotic chickenI'm not sure where you are getting your information. None of the meat we sell (live or frozen) have antibiotics. We also didn't change our source, which has been EcoFriendly Foods for years.

It doesn't get more fresh, local, or environmentally responsible than this. PVF grows most of its produce on-site with an ecoganic (think "organic without the certification") technique, and, where necessary, works in concert w other local …

Yes they do! They have eggs that have been washed and they keep those refrigerated and they also have the ones that have not been washed and they keep those outside.
The farm in Leesburg VA might, I go to the one in Vienna VA and I haven't seen any apple picking.
No, we do not have orange picking. The only fruit we have for pick your own is blackberries in late July and August.
Yes, we do have white peaches currently, for at least a few more weeks.
Good question! We know we haven't made it very clear online. We're opening this weekend (June 5-6 2021) on Saturdays and Sundays from 10-4. Starting in July, we'll open Thurs-Sun from 10-4.
The produce is grown through all organic methods but is not certified organic with the government. It is definitely non-gmo.
As Cristina said (thank you!), it depends on the vegetable. Zucchini, tomatoes, onions, garlic, etc are priced by the pound, cherry tomatoes, peaches and okra are sold by the container, beets and Swiss chard are sold by the bunch - there is no hard and fast rule. If you happened to be led here by searching for apple picking on Google, that is unfortunately an error, as we sell apples by the pound but we do not have pick-your-own.
Unfortunately, PVF doesn't have apple picking and never has. This seems to be an error in Google's search function. We wish you good luck finding apple picking somewhere else nearby!
Inquire at the roadside stand or through the website on how to become a member and receive weekly shares of fresh produce.
