The Bellingham branch of Enterprise provided excellent care and service. I got a great, free upgrade. I used the pickup service and the drivers were friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

Great place to rent a car from. Although I am a member of enterprise renters club, this place didn't let me down. I've been to other locations and they weren't as accommodating, helpful, and friendly as these folks were. I had to extend my rental a couple of times and it was so easy and quickly done, less than 5 minutes. When i turned the car in, I didn't have transportation home. Living so fat from the office they gave me a lift to the nearest transportation station and that was the biggest help of all. The driver, sorry I forget his name was also very friendly. Informative about Bellingham as he drove me to the station. It was a very pleasant experience and trip overall. Appreciate all of you the the Bellingham enterprise rental office on Iowa Street.

If i could leave zero stars, i 100% would! We reserved a car nearly 2 weeks in advance for my daughter's prom. We received a confirmation email that stated the payment policy's acceptable payments to be major credit cards OR debit cards. The day we went to pick up the car, we were informed that for luxury vehicles, we had to use a credit card. I explained the payment policy that we received with the confirmation email and requested they honor this policy and they declined to do so and offered other vehicles that we had not reserved in it's place. First of all, the purpose was to have a luxury vehicle for my daughter's prom, so of course we declined the offer. In addition, they refused to honor their own policy in which we received in our email confirmation. Lastly, since this was confirmed we did not make other arrangements and currently do not have any time, on the same day of prom, to arrange any alternatives. I was informed that a manager would be contacting us on Monday, well after the event and much too late to make any of this right.

Long term rental with company spending $7500. Was told at the beginning that my rewards were set and everything was good. (asked multiple times) Go to return the rental and statement that nothing was set and they can't change it. Out about $1500 when factoring value of points for future rentals. Everyone very nonchalant about the situation with an oh well approach. I would not rent from them especially if a business factoring in the value of the points. If I spent $7500 and was treated like this imagine if you only spend a few hundred how poorly you will be treated if something goes wrong. Good luck.

I would say they are not very close, but everybody's definition is different. Probably about a 15 minute drive to the station without traffic, 25 minutes with traffic. As for walking or biking it's not really viable.
I know u can rent in Bellingham & drop it off anywhere there is a Enterprise Rent-A-Car office.
