Neighbor are nice, rooms are nice, parking is a nightmare, especially with more than one vehicle. Management acts like HOA, not really in a good way, Especially for its cost of living. *Update* they’re very tow-happy. Make sure you have all vehicles that will be in the apartments for a long duration under the owner’s lease profile. Even if it is, you would also have to make sure it’s not appearing “abandoned “ or “inoperable “ or that your vehicles tags and registration aren’t current.

The front office staff were very informative, gave us a tour when we requested and showed us several floor plans and toured the entire site without the high pressure to apply. They are definitely an improvement from your typical apartments and townhomes. The only issue is that they are close together and a bit overpriced. If you can pay the rent here you might want to consider getting a mortgage and buying a house.

There are multiple lease lengths that you can choose for Avilla, but the price tends to increase with shorter leases (2, 3 months etc.). I recommend calling the office if you have questions!
