Our Jr. one bedrooms start at $771.34 and the large one bedroom starts at $873.64, both prices include - rent, water, sewer, trash, sales tax. plus a washer/dryer. Good afternoon Kaley, Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding our community. We can work with past evictions however, the amounts must have been fully paid to a zero balance. If it's not showing on your credit as paid we will need documentation to support payment in full. If it's outstanding, then NO we cannot work with outstanding debts to other landlords. Please let me know if we can be of further assistance.

We are not utilities included however, we do include the water, sewer and trash in the total sum of the monthly rent. We do not bill separately for the water.
