Relatively nice staff. Pretty fast on direction to what you need. Only draw back is they send email for discounts purchases of a certain dollar value, but when it comes time to get the discount there's a problem. They say it's showing zero on the computer. You end up paying full price. They do not honor coupons sent from the cooperate offices

I normally would have rated this place 4 or 5 stars For having good service and nice employees. I worked next door for yearsAnd I've had nothing but good experiences there for the most part. Besides over priced car parts. But I go there for fluids and belts and belts hoses basic stuff. I'm busy at work last night I send my girlfriend in there she has a dead battery. After she got her car running she went to go buy a new one and They Charged her $230 with fees For a battery for a 20 year old car . don't even bother to check if it fits it's too small for her truck, and not the right cold cranking amps. They wouldn't even look under the hood to double check for her , all they did was put it in the front seat because she couldn't lift it . My point if they had taken 5 extra minutes they could have found something comparable similar size and cranking amps that was much more reasonable price. Not to mention they didn't carry the durelast batteries listed at 80, 90 and a $100 that they have on their website. coincidentally. So I hear about this and go storming in there 3 minutes to close. And ask to look at some other options and I immediately find another battery for around $80 with the right specs 4 specs for this old truckAnd ask to look at some other options and I immediately find another battery for around $80 with the right specs for this old truck. But the fact I can't trust them when I'm too busy to go shopping with my girlfriend is very disheartening and they weren't going the extra mile for her like they usually do for me and I can't open feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation so so that's why you got 3 stars. Once I picked a different battery and exchanged it it was a $118 difference! Guys I don't recommend to send your girlfriend there or your mom Without a guy there, unless she knows exactly the part she needs and everything Related to the current market value of auto parts. Cause chances are they're gonna try to sell you something more expensive to start with. And say that's what the computer recommendations are. Knowing damn well that most of their customers drive vehicles more than 5 or6 years old and don't have dealer warranties so there are main clientele base is buying parts to keep their older cars running as good as they can. You would think they'd at least tell you what some other options are besides just charge you not the most expensive battery blood live battery but way more expensive than their average batteries.

I ordered a part, was given a email saying it's ready for pick up. The store doesn't even have it in stock. They tried to send me to another store. They didn't have it in stock. Had to order it from the store and MIGHT have it today. Annoying.

It's been empty of products lately but this store is ok I'm just bitter cuz I needed 1 item and they closed the store 5 mins early and I was just walking in the door when they told me they were closed. It was an easy item off the shelf nothing to look up and they didn't want to help. If it was 10 I would be ok but 5 mins til and I made it there in time only to have rushed to be denied, if door is open, then you should accept the business. Other than that, the guys there are usually cool but inventory is low usually
