Just picked up my second BMW motorcycle from BMW Motorcycles of Burbank. Horen V. is the best. In a time where supply chain is an issue, he was able to find and deliver the exact motorcycle I was in the market for. By the way, I travel a great distance to purchase from this dealership as other BMW Motorcycle dealerships are much closer. Horen makes the buying experience well worth the 2 hour drive. Stopped by for help getting a bike downloaded from my truck, mission accomplished with no fuss. While there walked around the dealership a bit and really enjoyed the atmosphere, seemed like everybody was really into bikes...good selection of BMW, Triump and Ducati on the floor. Worth the drive from Texas, may make the drive back for my next purchase.

Horen was amazing and provided me with the best customer service anyone can ask for. He’s a busy man but great at multitasking and getting things done right and on time. Working with me thousands of miles away is difficult but he made it possible and I really am thankful for all he has done. Keep up the good work and I will definitely buy my 2nd super bike with you.

Bought my first bike here. The team was very polite and helpful. Expect to spend some time because my only gripe being the transaction was slow and disorganized, if I didn't want the bike so bad I would have taken my business elsewhere. I walked in at 9AM knowing which bike I wanted (which was on the show room floor ready to ride), insurance set, and all my documents in order and I wasn't handed keys until some time after Noon.
