If I could give this apartment ZERO stars I would. When we first moved in , there were waitlists in order to try to get an apartment here. I have an apartment in front of the office and I would see how EVERYDAY they had someone clean the gym, put sanitizing wipes, clean the pool and pick up trash. Ever since this new Rs2 company took over the apartments have deteriorated in quality. The pools are always dirty, there is trash everywhere, they won’t bother to fix the gates for this “gated community”. The AMAZON packages locker was very convenient for everyone , now we have to use that “fetch” service that doesn’t even work. No community events like before ,nothing but fees over fees. Don’t even get me started about parking , on some days , you will literally drive 30 mins around trying to find parking. Can’t wait to move out of here.

Whew ! I moved here one year ago ! When I first moved in maintenance was quick with fixing issues . I have had issue after issue and can’t wait until my lease is over to vacate ! My packages have been lost . S2 took over from the previous management and every since then it has been hell . Pools are nasty as ever , grounds are unkept and dirty , the gates don’t work , the gym is unkept and the office staff don’t seem to care if you have an issue or not . Not to mention the rent went up and this is at most one star living . When I first moved in everything was good . I don’t know what the happened . I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all

The mailboxes are broken, a lot of the equipment in the gym is broken, the gates (supposed to be a gated community) are broken, one of the pools is broken, the Amazon package lockers are broken, there’s never parking. There’s trash EVERYWHERE. Not sure what they’re doing with our money but they’re not fixing anything! A life of luxury? More like a life of inconvenience!

When I first moved in, they were called Indigo Palms, and they were 2 star at best. I'm being honest, you have to consider the location and the types of crowds it draws. The BEST thing was how clean and upkept the area was. The staff, maintenance, ect were all kind and helpful. The WORST thing about this place was the parking situation, and I guarantee everyone who lived and lives there will agree. Forget having people over. Forget having 2 cars unless you can afford a garage. That is IF you are ever reached on the WAITING LIST for a garage. And even if you have a sticker for parking from the apartments, thelyll still tow your car 🙄 if it "seems abandoned," which means leaves or dust on the car.... considering we live in dusty Phoenix, they literally expect you to wash it every other day. Thats what my husband was told. He works from home so obviously his car wasnt driven as much as I drove mine. ALSO. Honestly, It was ghetto, but better than LA. A lot of domestic fights, loud parties every now and then, screaming in the middle of the night from fights i assume (and hope). There were no roaches or bugs when we moved in, but once neighbors nextdoor moved in, they suddenly showed up. So i don't know if they were always there, just in the walls, or the neighbors brought them. People generally kept to themselves and were nice. But you always have those that stick out and ruin the entire experience. They were bought out and are now Oxford and that really only came with cosmetic upgrades which were nice, but also meant rent went WAY up. It was not worth it considering all the issues above.
