I’ve been here for 3 months and this is the worst apartment complex I’ve lived at. To begin with the apartment was not “move in” ready. There was food left in the cabinets, the tubs were not done, chips in the walls & counter and lastly there was mold in the toilet. For more than $1700 a month that’s a little ridiculous. Daniel at the front office said we would receive a $100 gift card and he left no note before he left so the office didn’t do anything. My washer broke & it took almost 7 days to get it fixed. Leticia at the front office said the apartments covered any golf ball damage to vehicles and she lied about that. She said they were getting dumbbells within a week and it’s been 3 months and there still isn’t any in the gym. Seems like the front office staff are trained to just say yes to please rather than tell the truth. There’s bees & wasps everywhere but that can come with the plants that are around the apartments. Would of never moved here.

UPDATED 9/20/21: The new management's (property AND maintenance) working hard on tenant improvements and customer service - we hope they stick around for the long term! Keep up the great work! I look forward to raising my stars as work continues:) Amenities are always locked/broken (exterior pools, gym, gated-community gates and fences), their non-smoking property doesn't exist, maintenance is lacking so repairs are slow to happen. Hopefully the new property manager will make changes, since we're only half way through our lease. We're so bummed because we love the location and want to be long-term tenants.

Mirador is a great location with an amazing view. The breakfast bar in the kitchen is such a great feature. I also love having large windows for the best natural light!! Hoping to see what great things happen with the new management team!

I moved into Mirador three months ago, Chelsea is always so helpful and understanding. The maintenance team always makes sure my home is taken care of. This is a very beautiful and welcoming community, we are so glad to be here.

The appliances here suck They are broken and the management have no intention of replacing them

We're hoping we can move forward within 2-3 weeks but this timeframe may be delayed if it is determined additional parts are needed.
