Scott has been excellent! I am moving from the east coast to Phoenix in a few weeks, and I am grateful for him taking the time to virtually show me (via FaceTime) the amenities and apartment complex. He has been honest, understanding, and trustworthy. Securing a MonteViejo apartment was clutch! It’ll be convenient, cost-effective, and perfect for this next phase of my life. Staff is Amazing, always helpful, maintenance is always quick efficient on it right away and fixed. Entire staff is real at home experience despite off how big the community. Totally professional and great activities been here two years and a great experience. . I can call home despite of being used to live in a home. All amenities make it feel like being at a resort, clean and beautiful kept up. Overall I give them an A plus experience.

After viewing pictures of the apartment itself on Zillow I was pretty interested in viewing the property. While on our way to view the property we passed a crime scene not even 5 minutes away, that alone should have told us to steer away from this complex however we continued with our tour. Once there, Scott lead us to an apartment, which he forgot the keys to, so instead we crossed the entire complex to look at another unit. The apartments are nothing to write home about. After discussing when the earliest we could be in the apartment Scott expressed to us that the unit would be ready “FOR SURE” by the end of week (it was not). When calling back to get an update on when the unit would be ready Scott was not working and no other workers could give us an answer to any question we had for them. Out of curiosity I decided to look up the complex and see if an unhelpful staff was routine here but to my surprise when googling “Monte Viejo” shootings are upon the top results. None of which was disclosed to us upon our tour. All in all would absolutely recommend looking at the reviews for this place before even wasting your time touring.

Lived here almost 2 years and my biggest complaints is the parking, it's hard to find spots convenient to your apt # and if you have guests visit they might have to walk a little ways. Location is really nice as it is right off the loop 101 and the 51, also desert ridge shopping area is just around the corner. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby, as well as a Costco and about 4 or 5 gas stations! Over the last year and a couple months I have noticed the area seems to be getting a little worse. Just a couple weeks ago we had all the floor mats stolen out of our building and there's been a couple notable shootings in the area. I enjoy the "No smoking" policy but no one seems to uphold that as it always smells like marijuana (just about any apartment will though). 24 hour fitness center located above the main office, three entrance gates as well as two pools and a little dog park. Overall the apartment itself and the staff are pretty great, I've never had an issue with any staff here and maintenance seems to handle everything within a timely matter.
