This is the absolute WORST place I have ever lived. Roach infested and overpriced. It took seven months of me constantly complaining, and my emails often went unanswered, for management to actually do something and locate the problem apartment and treat it but the roaches came back a month later and again the manager (a different one than last time) hasn't been responsive. The exterminator told me this is a difficult apartment and that I should expect to be treated once a month. People leave trash outside their door for days and I've had issues with almost every appliance, often waiting weeks for resolution. I've reported the leaky roof to management multiple times but it hasn't been resolved, they always say they fixed it but it has not. This place is just disgusting and it seems like management isn't doing anything about it.

I lived here from 2018-2020. First in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, then in a 1 bedroom 1 bath. At the time, the staff was helpful and responsive, and the pool and complexes were generally clean and nice. The process of getting approved for the apartments was simpler than other places, and I believe I got my deposit back. A good experience :)

The Mozaic has been a great experience so far. Moved in a few months ago from another state and Ashley was incredibly easy to get in contact with regarding any questions and concerns we had considering we didn't get to tour before making a deposit. Very friendly staff in general. Maintenance requests have been completed either the next day or within a week. The area is within walking distance to plenty of places to eat and drink, a beautiful park across the street and nice neighborhood behind the complex. Feels very safe and comfortable.

I have lived here for the past 3 months with my 2 dogs and absolutely love it. I moved here from out of state and the staff made sure all my questions and paperwork were taking care of by email and phone and I was well-informed of all the processes. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept - there is a lot of vegetation and trees for shade. I love my covered balcony! I eat all my meals outside and the dogs love watching the cars go by. My unit is on a corner with A LOT of natural light and has views to downtown and the mountains. Location of the complex is amazing - we're right between the 17 and 51 highways and a 10min walk to the light rail which will take you downtown in 15min. The two pools are nice - when the main one gets busy you can always go to the smaller one if you prefer something a little quieter an shadier. Maintenance needs are taken care of in a timely manner and you can submit and track the process online or through the app. All of the staff like Jordan and Isaiah are extremely friendly and my dogs love when I take them with me to the leasing office to pick up my packages because there are always treats waiting for them. Have I mentioned how dog-friendly this place is? There are even little stations throughout the complex with poop bags and trash cans to make clean-up a breeze (though some tenants are unfortunately not making full use of them). I live on the 3rd floor and having the garbage chute in the garage has been so helpful - no more dragging trash bags down the stairs! The demographic of tenants is quite diverse - families, young people, old people, all ethnicities, etc - and it really does feel like a little community. Everyone says hi and smiles at you and living at Mozaic has been like a little vacation every day and I hope to stay here a long time.

Agreed, I never get them to answer, however leave a message and they always return the call timely.
Just moved to a unit without a fireplace, two years and we never lit one. But they've always said it's okay. I'd say yes on the extinguisher though.
The problem is before moving in I shouldn't see any but there was one large one in the kitchen, that she said got away and babies were in the tub. Having just one is always a problem.....from what I was told maintenance could come anytime after 4pm but after writing everyone....they came within a half hour. Having roaches is not something to proud of.....for me.....you can love them and feed them and make them your pet.....but the can't live with me.....they are unwanted guest.
