The problem is before moving in I shouldn't see any but there was one large one in the kitchen, that she said got away and babies were in the tub. Having just one is always a problem.....from what I was told maintenance could come anytime after 4pm but after writing everyone....they came within a half hour. Having roaches is not something to proud of.....for me.....you can love them and feed them and make them your pet.....but the can't live with me.....they are unwanted guest.
What's the question you have? Once you file a maintenance form online or let management know that you are having a problem with insects, they'll have the pest control workers to spray extra on the outside of your apartment. If the roaches do ever come in (I've seen two in the past 6 months), they're so sluggish that they basically die by the entrance they're coming in from.
