I love this community, the apartment is awesome and spacious. Maintenance is super quick, and office staff friendly and helpful. I love the pool area. Location wise - right next to freeway on one side and very close to market area. Overall, it’s a great place to live.^_^

An Impressive property with a massive four story main building with interior hallways. Very well maintained and managed. Lots of amenities including large pool and spa, gym, day room, business center and an underground parking garage. Next to the Phoenix Marriott Hotel and the 202 & McDowell freeway access. The staff works hard to keep the common areas clean. I grew up in this neighborhood and I am so happy to live here now. Thank you to the leasing staff and crew who all do an amazing job.

I’ve been here for going on 3 years and I love the staff the most, especially our Paul! Always super helpful. I always really love how centrally located the complex is. I would definitely recommend this complex. They have fun events and take good care of their tenants.

I have been living at Alanza Place for 1 year now. This is the 3rd apartment complex that I have lived in while living in Phoenix. By far the best complex! The manager Christen is on top of everything. She is always friendly and her staff is amazing as well. Paul, Jeremy, Danny and Adan are so nice and they are on TOP of everything all the time. Maintenance request are done quickly, they actually keep their pool clean while my previous complexes did not. I am very lucky with my neighbors, I have no noise complaints. Everyone in my section of my building are super quiet. I love living here so much that I just renewed my lease to 15 months.
