I have lived here for 3 years and have mixed feelings. When I first moved here the management company was amazing and you could always contact the office directly. Last year they got a new management company and thats when things started to go down hill. For starters as soon as they took over they required all residents to obtain Renters insurance and only gave us two weeks to do so or else the lease would be voided. The package reception room they have here is a nightmare and a lot of packages are left on the floor instead of in lockers which defeats the purpose of the room. When you call the office 99% of the time the call is routed to a offsight location making it difficult to communicate with them. Be prepared to have your water turned off at least once a month for hours at a time for repairs. While I find the office staff friendly, especially the manager Carie, they could benefit by being more informed. For example on their site it clearly states that when moving out to get “cleaning instructions” from the office. I have called them twice and even went in person and each time the person I spoke with had no idea what I was referring to and I was finally advised to “just clean it the best I can” I love the space and layout of the large one bedroom but honestly it’s not worth the price for what you get

Decent enough but if you live here be ready to live with cockroaches. Saw the first two the day I moved in. Have gotten sprayed once a month and the apartment is likely still infested with them. I put in a maintenance order when I first moved in to fix everything we found wrong and they never came. Several of my appliances have broken or shut off (including my AC for a week or two during the summer). You have to pay a convenience fee to use a debit/credit card to pay your rent (~$7), and if you're a day late on it, you have to leave your complex to get a money order from the bank or from "MoneyGram", which has its own fee to withdrawal from, as well as the convenience fee for the apartment. Whenever I call they are helpful, as long as I get someone in state or in the office. Everything else is good, neighbors are quiet and peaceful, apartment plans are well made, outlets work and are placed everywhere, shower/ toilet/sinks work well, overall a pretty apartment. I do love the fact they have washer/dryer in unit too! It gets 3 stars because even though I have some issues with the complex, it's manageable with help.

Bad management from Carrie Fast plagues this place from improper maintenance to improper training of Front Office Staff. They tried to play games when I wanted the AC fixed, offered me a new apartment until the AC is fixed and then claim they never offered that and offered a portable AC Unit. This is after they tried to say that asking for their lawyer is in violation of their lease contract. Can you imagine trying to say you can't seek legal representation in a disagreement? That's what you get if you stay here, people who think you can't approach a lawyer. If anyone wants proof, I have audio recordings and you can always email me .

These apartments are the worse I've rented. The office management and front office workers are rude. It takes days for them to fix anything in the apartment. They do not have any luxury or amenities for the price that they are charging. The grounds were dirty. Parking lot stayed with pot holes. Gates hardly worked to be feeling safe. I wouldn't rent there again
