He is by far the best leasing agent I have come in contact with over the years. I say this with confidence because I work in the property management business and would of loved to recruit him. Just signed a lease today with this apartment! Kayla has already been super helpful with my roommate and I since we are moving all the way from Flagstaff! She has been super flexible with our schedule & i move in date! So excited to live here!

Wish I could give 5 stars but the workmanship on my unit was shoddy. Lots of areas with paint drips, sloppy caulking, and they completely missed paint on half my closet. Had to get paint from them to finish the closet myself. Front door stop wasn't sealed either so dealt with tons of gnats and flies my first week here. Fixed that myself as well since they don't have a maintenance crew on the weekend and I didn't want to wait. Internet wasn't activated when I moved in either so went without that for a week. Besides all of this, the staff is great and very responsive. Just feel like the preparation on my unit was rushed. Hopefully other residents will have a better experience.
