I rented from them for months and being current on lease I moved. I notified management and arranged day to turn keys in. Algood I thought. Less than a month after I moved I started to get calls from a collections agency for past monies owed. I also didn't get my deposit. So now they have tarnished my credit with this. I also had a old apartment without remodeling and was still charged the amount of a remodeled apartment. Buyer beware. Affordable here is not worth the headache.

Parking is a real nightmare. People park wherever they want. You have to worry if you will be able to park when you get home. One resident has 3 cars, two of which he doesn't use! expired plates, backed in parking, musical cars. it's insane.

Just to update my last review .. now that i complained about maintenance not getting done and the lack of effort on replacing and following up on my carpets being replaced now when I see the maintenance team and the management team on the property and I say hello to him they ignore me drive right past me on the golf cart look right at me and ignore me what a pleasant place to live!! I wouldnt recommend this place to no one and there's constant constant plumbing issues here

I recently moved in to a newly renovated two bed one bath apartment here and I love it. The complex has the best maintenance I have ever had at an apartment complex, they are fast and very responsive. When we moved in our dishwasher wasn't working along with a few outlets and maintenance came and fixed it the next day! Also, Kaitlyn in the office was so helpful and patient with us when moving in! The office is also very good at answering the phones and also very helpful with any questions you have. The rent is a super fair price for how nice the apartment and community is. The community is also very well kept and clean and I always see landscapers mowing the grass and blowing away leaves. I am so glad that I chose to live here and hope to stay for a long time!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
No need to sign up. The property is already signed up. When you send for something using the apartment address, you will receive an email or a text when your package arrives. It will include the code to open the package slot.

Are u serious? The doors are locked for a reason.
Online payments can be paid by credit card, debit card or e-check. In person can be paid the same way except instead of e-checks paper checks. Another thing, you must first have an online account on the apartment complex website. That is where you will go to pay online.
