Do the wall Air Conditioning actually cool a unit even in our extreme summer months.Also how is it cost wise.Thank you

Yes it does. It depends on the temperature you set the thermostat at. I keep a box fan in my living room and bedroom. The AC/heater is a combined unit and it is not on the wall. It is on the ceiling.

I didn't know the Bell Tower Units had wall A/C unites, I had a 2BR, it was Central Air/Heat my Bill was 100 or under Summer or Winter never more than that.
