These so called "emergency" water shut offs are really ridiculous. I've been a leasing agent for 7 years at other properties, and I've never had to shut off water so many times. 2-3 times a month is horrible. I doubt they are all emergencies which means if water is being shut off, everyone needs a 48 hour notice. Start doing things legally, or you are going to end up in a whole lot of trouble by your tenants. Also, our apartment wasn't even cleaned before we moved in. It was disgusting. While moving in, I also had to clean the apartment at the same time. Dead roaches in drawers as well. Also, there are so many extra fees that we have to pay. This place is a joke. Never move here. Worst place!

I've lived here for about a year now. The first leasing agent, Dominic, was very professional, very friendly, and overall i had a great experience. Unfortunately I can't say that service remained consistent with the other leasing agents in the office. Its very difficult to be taken seriously by Valerie with any complaints or concerns I've had the past year, including getting my car towed for being in a perfectly legal parking spot. I was given credit for the wrongful tow but it was a huge inconvenience. In addition, the dumpsters are always over filled with trash spilling out, the parcel room doesn't seem very secure either. The lockers look like someone took a crowbar to them. Overall, not the best apartment complex especially now that rent has gone up. I do have to say that once my concerns reaches management, they are prompt and courteous about resolving my issues.

Please do not EVER move here!?!? Not worth how ridiculously expensive they are! With all the overage charges and fines, for things the staff is negligent about, rent is $200 more than it says on your lease agreement. Moved in with cockroaches living under my fridge. My ceiling leaks, cabinets fall off, screen door and closet doors falk off, and my patio sinks in, from previous water damage. Neighbors(that i share a wall with)have mold and moved out..... i have asked maintenance to fix all of, it for 2 months, and have made emergency requests about it. My heater has been broken, since I moved in, in November... they have not treated anything, other than my clogged shower. Staff is either overwhelmed or completely negligent....

I have lived in this complex for five years, and since management changed, everything has been for the worse. I'm not a person who usually does reviews, but this is the fourth time since the end of the year that the delivery package zone has been vandalized. Multiple tenants have complained, and management doesn't seem to care. The office lady I spoke with made it clear that they have no intention of putting cameras on the site or locking it down, or paying for security at night like there was under the previous administration. No measures to prevent this from continuing to happen! I do not recommend Latitude Apartments to anyone looking for a safe place to live.
