The people giving these positive reviews work for BH management be careful.
I have been here 5 months.The office staff went above and beyond .I was in a 1 bed room and just went to a 3 bedroom Casitas. I had somethings that needed taken care of and they have made them Right.I have been very happy. My only complaint is some of the residents dont pick up after their dogs.I am enjoying being here.
I havent stayed there but know someone who does. So far they liked it there. Spacious room, a little pricey but very nice. It has its highs and lows like any apartment. Plus it's very close to alot of shopping areas and resturants. I reccomend taking a tour and even asking a few residents while your there of what to expect further.
Oh its bad
It's fine. I've been here two years and haven't had many problems. One thing to keep in mind is that maintenance won't come out for non-critical tickets. Ever. Though with the new management company, who knows.
