Living here has been one of the best residential apartment type experiences I have had solely because of Josie. I’d like to say it was the incredible amenities or other staff, but that just wouldn’t be true. The amenities and apartment is great, best I’ve ever lived in actually, but my truly unique and personalized experience has come from Josie. One day I was locked out of my apartment, my husband locked me out on his way to work while I went to the gym and forgot my keys, and one of the office staff members called Josie to verify me. Talk about relationship building! She’s got it down & the Reserve has our business because of her. She takes care of my sticky mail situations such as a misplaced package, gets me all the docs I need asap, calls to follow up on issues I have, and goes above and beyond to enhance our quality of life here. Thanks, Josie! You’re a gem!

I’m living in this community for so many years. It is a great community. Build quality is sturdy and high ceilings gives spacious feel. Staff here are very professional and always helps with any queries. Josie and Norman always are very helpful in all my interactions.

Josie was amazing! From the time I had inquired, to touring, to moving in, I was kept up to date and informed. I had about 2 months before I was able to move into the apartment and the communication was great. When I moved in, I rented the studio apartment & the apartment was great, a few things needed to be fixed but over all, I have had a wonderful experience & if you think it is expensive to live here, its for a good reason. I love that it is not only gated, but the doors next to the gates are locked so people cannot just come in from the street. I feel safe & taken care of. I highly recommend!!

I've been living in this apartment complex for almost 4 months now and I am highly satisfied living here! Josie and the office team have always been amazing from the beginning, and the staff is usually very responsive with resolving any issue, especially if it's something minor. The complex is always very well maintained and it's a very peaceful place to live. If anyone plans to move to AZ from another state without viewing this complex, I would highly recommend looking into moving here! I'm also not considering moving from here any time soon.
