Seven luxury apartments is a very nice place to live! It’s not noisy most the time and it’s always clean. Maintenance is usually pretty quick. The only downfall is the amount of parking. It doesn’t matter how many bedrooms you have or how many people. You only get 1 spot and the rest is a free for all and people end up parking on the side of the road and in places where your car could be easily hit. If I’m renting a 2 or 3 bedroom and have 2 or 3 people on the lease you should have parking. Tons of the covered spots are never used but they want you to pay to use them even tho you are already paying tons of money to live there. At 2,200 a month give me parking.

They Tax You for paying your rent 31 dollars They tax you for submitting your rent online 50 dollars they tax you for pest control , water , sewer , trash & electric so before you pay your rent you will have over 100 dollars in fees On top of 1700 , 1800 dollar rent THE PLACE WAS FILTHY UPON MOVE IN. Floors , Sinks , Toilets , Dish washer all worn out and old I WAS GETTING RACIALLY PROFILED FROM STAFF AND NEIGHBORS. the leasing staff ( Alex) went downstairs and sat to hear if we were making noise in our apartment and called me to complain about what My son who is 3 years old was doing. PLEASE FIND BETTER THIS PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WAY TO OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED Also Speaking to all residents DID ANY OF YOU GUYS RENT INCREASE OVER 300 dollars or is it just me ? I NEED ANSWERS Because to increase They Rent to the MAX DURING A PANDEMIC IS VERT OUTRAGES AND WRONG

PT. 1. It’s been a nightmare experience living here, and it’s only been 1 month. I moved in on the 5th, and that’s 2 days after my initial move in date so you’d think the place would be at least clean and prepared with more then enough time before I moved in. It wasn’t.. it was completely dirty, dusty, and looked like the painters and maintenance staff didn’t keep up with Apt at all. There are defected cabinets, broken cabinet doors, the floors look like laquor was spilled everywhere so the laminate is damaged and not fixable in those places. The microwave doesn’t spin, and all the main light bulbs were dull and on the verge of dying. It was very disappointing to move into this VERY expensive place and be told it’s a “luxury” experience when in fact it was the opposite. There’s nothing luxury about this living experience. The office can only offer to send guys in to look at the pre existing damage, and with this pandemic and Covid spreading like wild fire I don’t thinks it’s responsible of the complex to neglect the apts initial clean up and preparation and then expect the Tenant to make phones calls and appointments to get things fixed and cleaned that SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE WE MOVED IN!. (Read my entire review on yelp, google and these other sites won’t let me type everything)

I wish I could've gave 0 stars! Leona and Alex were very rude. After my application was denied 5 mins after sending it, I called the office to speak with Alex because he's the one that encouraged me to apply. He stated he would work with my credit but 5mins after the application was sent he instantly denied it for something 5 years ago....Anyway when I called to see when will I receive my refund. Leona answered but I was confused because what's funny about my situation. It's very rude to be laughing on the phone with someone especially when they're checking about their money or just got denied.. She's laughing so she just rudely transfer my call to Alex without letting me know. After he didn't tell me too much of anything I called back to speak with Leona cause she was rude. Well they stop answering my calls so I pulled up at the office cause now I wanna see what's funny. She goes on and tell me she wasn't laughing at my situation, it was something else and not my situation BUT it's still rude and unprofessional. Alex didn't let me speak to any higher ups but I will be taking this to CORPORATE. They need new management!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
