I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I did not even get the chance to live here because I was given incorrect information regarding my down payments and lease agreements! I gave $150 to hold the apartment and was told it is not refundable because it was past the 24 hours of applying. I did not receive any information that I was accepted to live here until I called TWO DAYS in a row and finally got assistance. The receptionist informed me she spoke to regional and they would not assist either. She then became rude and told me she would not help me if I could not talk to her properly (I was not swearing or being rude, I was stating the facts that I was told by an employee who no longer works there, but they did when I applied just days ago.) She then proceeded to hang up on me. She would not even take my name or give me any info to reach someone higher than her! READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!!

My wife And I have been here just over two years, I have been here during some construction, I see it as progress, with out it this place would fall apart, management has my appreciation for all the hard work they do. I support the hours they have, Revival apt is not responsible of the roches people bring in and they infest others, but if requested they will spray once a month if requested. I hope we stay here for a few more years, Lydia you rock! Thank you for all your hard work.

Lydia is such a nice landlord. She tries to work with a tenant as much as she can. I had to leave due to personal issues but I wish I could’ve stayed. All nice things aside my apartment was infested with bed bugs. It was insane. Also it became infested with flies at one point. Then my AC unit went out and maintenance did not fix it for over 3 weeks. While maintenance came to my apartment, they allowed a pigeon to fly in. Scared my sister half to death one day while visiting. It was stuck behind my sofa. Craziest experience ever. The apartment community is so quiet. The quietest I have ever experienced. I never had an issue with our neighbors being loud. I stayed right near the pool and all my neighbors were respectful. I never heard late night party or anything.
