This property does not value the tenants that reside here. Every month it’s a huge hassle to even pay rent. They keep changing what kind of payment they will accept, with that every month each method has hidden fees. They are essentially pushing us to have no other option than Auto-Pay. I could see using Auto pay if this was a luxury apartment, but we pay for a green pool, no gym or grills & unimaginable dirty property. See pics below for proof. We pay over $1500 a month for a neon green pool.(Dont forget the hidden fees to even pay your rent) I asked temp office manager as to why we don’t have a gym when there’s been a gym here for over 10 years, What WAS a gym is now turned into a dirty storage room. Bianca the new office manager is quite literally useless. She doesn’t answer numerous phone calls, nor emails I’ve sent.

Very poor management. Rental office closed all the time when supposed to be opened. Take forever for them to come to do maintenance service if they come at all. Kids running around in the parking lot all the time in the way of cars. Homeless people sleeping all around the property. Cigarette butts everywhere. My car got hit in the parking lot and the cameras in the parking lot do not actually work so could never find out who did it. Very bad experience not a good place to live. It’s nice that management replies back to all these Reviews but there are many of them are speaking of poor management or cleanness and things. So to the manager that responded to my view I’m just simply stating the facts what happened during my stay there which is very true almost every post is how horrible and sad the management and the uncleanliness is there of the property so don’t respond management team to my review lying saying I owe a balance because not only I speaks about your horrible apartment complex everyone else does to so that proves I’m correct. Don’t get upset at us just fix up your property and be professional.

Decent apartments large living room 2 separate bedroom 2 bathrooms (one a full walk in br) as well as spacious office with sink really great nice large layout and a large patio! Can't ask for much more however it's quite expensive. EDIT: recently over the last few weeks had the entire buildings repainted should update the pictures because it looks really nice! Repainted the covered parking structures also! 👍 (also the name seems to have changed to The Northern Apartments)

Notified them a month ago about a crack in the ceiling. Weeks ago that the crack is getting worse and leaks every time it rains. Now after the big storm last night there are mushrooms growing inside the crack. Who knows what kind of mold is growing up there. This is unacceptable. How can this go completely ignored by the front office and maintenance. They’d rather save money and wait until someone gets hurt.
