I really like the fact that they give chances! You could have been through so much and out of luck trying to get a place to stay but this company really works with you. I’m forever grateful.

Please see attached screenshots as there is a character limit for the reviews. Fortunate deturent for the business. Unfortunate for the tenants. Legal action is being taken and terms of the lease will be fulfilled. HUD agency has been contacted as well as The Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity as it seems that the issues mentioned in the attachments are all a regular and reoccurring thing.

Questions & Answers

Why do they accept a $50 non-refundable deposit, and a $150 "refundable" deposit (that magically becomes nonrefundable after 24 hours) from a veteran with a section 8 voucher when they know they are unable to pass City of Phoenix inspection?

Don't move here it's awful. Bad management, drugies, dead bodies, fires, scorpions, roaches and bedbugs. I pay $881 for a 2 bedroom and I regret it so much moving here.
