The reason is because the renter will have to take complex to court and every manager knows that even if you call the Police. . they will tell you that you have to tame the complex to court. Its alparently legL for business managers of apartments to steal peoplez money. Cause if it were illegal then the residenr would be Ble to make a police repirr abd a court dafe would be set. Like if a person steals from a business blomixe are called a court date is set and both parties show up for court.
Shit ive been waiting almost 2 years for them to fix the giant gaping hole in the ceiling outside my front door. The last time i asked after it rained the manager just laughs and said "we have much more important things to worry about." the hole has had mold growing in it for several months now and has become a health concern.
